RVs and trailers Sizing Guidelines

We accept Class B/C motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-up campers, and teardrops up to 35′ overall length (including hitches, bike racks, spare tires, etc.).

  • Under 20′: small campers, teardrops, pop-ups
  • 20′–30′: most travel trailers and smaller motorhomes
  • 30′–35′ (max): larger travel trailers, some fifth wheels, and mid-size Class C rigs

How it works

  1. Check availability and pick your RV space online.
  2. Reserve & e-sign in a couple of minutes; set up autopay.
  3. Move in during access hours. Our team can help you choose the best approach path for easy parking.
Note: RV storage is outdoor/uncovered. We do not offer climate-controlled units. Maximum RV length is 35′ overall.

Pre-storage checklist (faster move-in)

  • Have digital copy of a Valid ID and your license plate info
  • Know your overall length (tip-to-tail) including hitch/bike rack/spare
  • Verify insurance for your RV (highly recommended)
  • Charge/maintain battery and check tire pressure
  • Turn off propane; remove perishables and attractants
  • Use a quality hitch lock or wheel lock for trailers
